ANTI-FACIST POSTERS
This cycle consists of four posters presenting four different symbols in use by polish nationalists. Each symbol has been constructed graphicaly from Morse alphabet transliterarion of first lines of the opening of popular polish children’s tale „Koziłek Matołek”. The title of this tale can be roughly translated as „Silly Goat”; tale is telling a story about the adventures of particularly silly goat trying to find a way to return to it’s homeland.
One of the words from the very opening: „Pacan” may be perceived as a mild insult akin to „moron” when used outside of its context.
